RETURNS My priority is making you pleased with your purchase.
If you are not completely happy you can return any unworn, unwashed, undamaged item within 10 business days of original purchase for store credit or exchange. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, it is required a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations when a store credit cannot be offered: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 10 business days after delivery.
Personalized and custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
STORE CREDIT (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification of the approval or rejection of your credit or exchange. If you are approved, then you get a Store Credit Coupon. Store Credit Coupon allows you to make a purchase / purchases until the credit is exhausted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please, seal the package securely and retain the tracking number for your records. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Outside North America I can not accept cross-border returns.
